Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Provide technical solutions and system proposals for factory and warehouse automation systems, including material handling equipment. - Conduct requirement hearings with clients (manufacturing and logistics companies) to understand production processes, layouts, material flow, and operational challenges. - Perform system planning and conceptual design for automation and material handling solutions. - Develop system configurations, specifications, and proposal documents. - Coordinate and communicate with internal teams (engineering, project management, manufacturing) and clients on technical matters. - Provide technical support and follow-up during project execution. - Other duties assigned
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor's degree in engineering field - At least 5-7 years of work experience as an engineer in FA, automation equipment, or material handling systems - Experience in planning and defining system or equipment configurations based on customer requirements - Experience in leading or coordinating projects that require cross-functional collaboration and resource mobilization - Conversational middle to high level of English for daily work (approximately TOEIC 700 or above) <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Self-motivated and able to work independently with a strong sense of ownership - Strong logical thinking skills, with a proactive attitude and willingness to continuously improve - Management or leadership experience
