Job Description

<Job Responsibilities>
- Support Japanese management in customer-related activities and business coordination.
- Understand customer organizations, products, processes, and purchasing flow to build customer maps and strengthen relationships.
- Propose suitable solutions based on customer needs and business requirements.
- Regularly introduce new products, functions, and solution information to customers.
- Share business and project information internally and with global teams in a timely manner.
- Coordinate and collaborate with related departments in both Thailand and Japan.
Work closely with the parent company and related stakeholders to align business approaches and customer strategies.
- Facilitate smooth communication between departments to support project success.
- Utilize successful parent company case studies to create and expand business opportunities.
- Identify unique solution opportunities in Thailand and expand them to ASEAN markets.
- Develop future-oriented solution proposals aligned with market trends and customer demands.
- Support the preparation of technical and commercial proposals for customers.
- Collect and summarize competitor information, market trends, and industry movements.
- Analyze competitor strategies and identify countermeasures or business opportunities for the parent company.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve competitiveness and customer engagement.
- Monitor sales performance and customer activities related to assigned accounts.
- Track project progress until Purchase Order (PO) receipt.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to identify risks, issues, and red flags at an early stage.
- Support achievement of sales targets and business expansion objectives.
- Other duties assigned  

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- At least 4 years of experience in Sales or Business development.
- Business level in Japanese to communicate with internal and external (N2 with experience living in Japan or N1)
- Able to go visit clients as assigned (car and driver provided for business purposes)

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and presentation preparation.
- Strong communication and coordination skills with multicultural teams.
- Ability to analyze customer needs and market trends.
