Work Outline: Be the middle person to coordinate with internal Software team, Japanese MD and customer, Translate or interpret JP/Eng., TH)
Duties & Responsibilities:
Create project schedule
Communicate deadlines, confirming project resource assignments
Monitor and summarize the progress of projects
Compose business emails to Japanese and Thai customer
Coordinate meeting agendas, recording minutes of meeting
Maintain good communication with internal and external, contacts to assure timely and efficient
completion of jobs, proper communication of issues, and the entire process\Interpreter (Japanese/English/Thai)
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai nationality, Male or Female, age over 28-35 years old
Bachelor’s Degree in Art, Business Administration or related fields
At least 5 years’ experience as secretary/admin./coordinator
Excellent language both Japanese and English
Proficiency in Microsoft offices
Being organized and responsive to requests and timelines
Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, problem solving, decision making skills
Able to work under pressure
Languages skills
English: Conversational level
Japanese: Business Level (N2 or above)
Workplace Area: BTS Surasak
Working Hour: 8:00 – 17:00 (Mon – Fri)
About the Benefit
Salary: 50,000 – 70,000THB Negotiable
