Work outline: Responsible for taking care of Japanese clients: analyze and solve problem (Help desk)
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Gather clients’ information and determine the issue by evaluating and analyzing the symptoms.
Ø Provide and process information in response to inquiries.
Ø Work closely with internal staffs
Ø Take care of Japanese clients
Ø Any other tasks which assigned by supervisor
Ø Occasionally serve as interpreter for the JP Manager.
Ø Sometime travels to clients’ office with company’s car and owned-drive.
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai Nationality, Male/Female, age 21-28 yrs.
Ø Bachelor’s degree in Computer science or other related fields
Ø Welcome fresh graduate
Ø Good communication in Japanese
Ø Strong knowledge in JAVA and PHP.
Ø Strong knowledge in Database development: MS or My SQL , Oracle, PHP
Ø Have ability to use MS Office
Preferable:
Ø Experience in helpdesk service would be a plus.
Ø Working under pressure (limited time)
Ø Willing to learn new things (new products, software)
Ø Initiative, strong problem solving and analytical skill.
Ø Team work and Good coordination
Language skills:
English: Advanced conversation level
Japanese: Advanced conversation level
Workplace Area: BTS Saladang/ MRT Si-lom
Working Hour: 8:00 – 17.00 (Mon.-Fri.)
About the Benefit
Salary: 25,000 – 32,000 THB negotiable
