SMT New Model Engineer

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Plan and develop processes and capacity utilization strategy for SMT assembly operation.
• New model introduction leader
• Identify and solve production/ quality issues.
• Prepare part and document related
• Analysis for root cause of customer claim
• Trouble-shoot to root-cause equipment and process related problems.
• Optimize machine setup and programming sequences.
• Design process flow and process capacity calculation.
• Monitor all process flow to ensure that the process are in control.
• Summary result and corporate Japanese HQ
• Other tasked as assigned.


Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 23-30 years
• Male only
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering of Electrical, Electronics field
• Have working experience at least 1 year as SMT Engineer in electronics, electrical appliance industries or related.
• Advanced conversation middle-high level of English (Toeic 500 up)
• Have knowledge about SMT process
• Have knowledge about ISO 9001 , IATF16949 , ISO14001

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ:
• วางแผนและพัฒนากระบวนการและกลยุทธ์การใช้กำลังการผลิตสำหรับการประกอบ SMT
• ผู้นำแนะนำโมเดลใหม่
• ระบุและแก้ไขปัญหาด้านการผลิต/คุณภาพ
• เตรียมส่วนและเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• การวิเคราะห์หาสาเหตุของการเรียกร้องจากลูกค้า
• แก้ไขปัญหาที่อุปกรณ์ต้นเหตุและปัญหาที่เกี่ยวข้องกับกระบวนการ
• เพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการตั้งค่าเครื่องและลำดับการเขียนโปรแกรม
• ออกแบบผังกระบวนการและการคำนวณกำลังการผลิตของกระบวนการ
• ตรวจสอบการไหลของกระบวนการทั้งหมดเพื่อให้แน่ใจว่ากระบวนการอยู่ในการควบคุม
• สรุปผลและสำนักงานใหญ่ภาษาญี่ปุ่นของบริษัท

• อายุ 23-30 ปี
• ผู้ชายเท่านั้น
• วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขาวิศวกรรมไฟฟ้า, สาขาอิเล็กทรอนิกส์
• มีประสบการณ์การทำงานอย่างน้อย 1 ปีในตำแหน่งวิศวกร SMT ในอุตสาหกรรมอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ เครื่องใช้ไฟฟ้า หรือที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• ภาษาอังกฤษระดับสนทนา (Toeic 500 ขึ้นไป)
• มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับกระบวนการ SMT
• มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับ ISO 9001 , IATF16949 , ISO14001
