<Job Responsibilities> 1. Process Development & Optimization - Develop, set up, and optimize SMT processes for line expansion and new models 2. Line Expansion & Equipment Installation - Lead SMT line expansion and new equipment installation 3. Yield & Defect Improvement - Lead yield improvement and defect reduction through program & process optimization 4. Technical Support & Troubleshooting - Provide technical support and solve process issues across SMT steps (PCB Loader → Solder Paste Printer → SPI → Pick & Place → Reflow → AOI → Unloader) 5. Customer Feedback Analysis & Root Cause Investigation - Analyze customer feedback and quality issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement effective corrective actions to prevent recurrence 6. Traceability & Process Data Management - Implement and manage traceability systems (barcode, MES), linked SPI → Placement → Reflow → AOI data for complete traceability 7. Maintenance & Equipment Reliability - Support preventive maintenance, equipment reliability, and spare parts management
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering. - At least 5 years of hands-on SMT Quality experience - Familiarity with MES (Manufacturing Execution System) and equipment traceability systems. - Conversational Middle level in English for reading, writing, and speaking with customers or suppliers when required - Able to prepare technical reports (8D, RCA) in English - Traceability System Implementation (SPI-Pick&Place-Reflow-AOI linked traceability, MES integration) - Root Cause Analysis & 8D Reporting (handling customer complaints related to SMT process defects) - Practical experience supporting customer audits and process validation <Details> - Strong problem-solving skills and a systematic approach to troubleshooting - Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. <Core Skills> - SMT Process Development (Solder Paste Printing, SPI loop tuning, Placement optimization, Reflow profiling, AOI tuning) - SMT Line Expansion & Equipment Installation (planning, setup, validation) - Yield & Defect Improvement (SPC/DOE/process optimization using SPI & AOI data) - Experience with Automotive Quality Standards (IATF 16949, PPAP, Control Plan) - Practical experience with data analysis tools (Power BI or equivalent) <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Experience in the automotive industry - Can start working immediately - Familiarity with IATF 16949, 8D reporting, PPAP, control plan, and traceability requirements is highly preferred
