<Job Responsibilities> - Streamlining the SMT process to improve efficiency and reliability. - Implementing and overseeing strict quality control management. - Ensuring adherence to industry standards. - Conducting regular maintenance of SMT equipment. - Developing production plans. - Managing and leading a team of 30 technicians, demonstrating strong leadership skills. - Working with other departments, including external customers, for smooth operations and reports. - Other tasks are assigned
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・At least 3 years of experience as an SMT engineer in the related field ・Able to work night shifts ・Conversational middle of English to communicate with MD <Preferable Skill / Experience> ・Working experience in a Japanese company ・Living in Ayuttaya ・Having Experience in Electronic Components, Semiconductors, Resistors, PCB assembly or related fields
