Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Lead, manage, and coach a team of section managers, supervisors, and up to 200 staff across the full order fulfillment cycle (Inbound, Put-away, Picking, Packing, Dispatch). - Drive performance in Safety, Quality, Customer Service, Cost, People Engagement, and Continuous Improvement. - Ensure operations meet company standards on quality, hygiene, housekeeping, and health & safety. - Foster an engaged culture by role-modeling company values and embedding programs across teams. - Lead continuous improvement initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional teams. - Apply fair and consistent people policies, develop succession pipelines, and support professional growth. - Act as deputy to the Operations Manager when required, ensuring seamless continuity of operations. - Uphold and promote company brand standards across people and facilities.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Production, Manufacturing, Engineering, Logistics, or related field. - At least 10 years of DC/warehouse management experience in a Distributor or retail industry - At least 5 years in management. - Proven ability to lead 150+ staff in a high-volume, fast-moving, and complex environment. - Highly analytical, financially astute, and effective in problem-solving and project management. - Conversation high level in English (Internal, Meeting, reports, email) - Strong skills in MS Office, specifically Excel & PowerPoint, and Google Workspace <Preferable> - Experience working with Korean companies and adapting to Korean business culture. - Proven track record in managing distribution centers within the food retail industry.
