<Job Responsibilities> - Plan, coordinate, and monitor construction activities at the site level. - Ensure construction work complies with drawings, specifications, and quality standards. - Analyze and resolve technical and construction-related issues. - Coordinate effectively with contractors, consultants, and project teams. - Promote and maintain compliance with workplace health and safety standards. - Report project status and issues to management
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - Technical college diploma or higher in architecture, civil engineering, or related field - At least 1 year of work experience as a Site Engineer from construction business - English conversational middle level (Operate documents and email) - Basic knowledge of building codes and relevant regulations - Able to relocate to site area - Strong communication and teamwork skills - High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy - Own car and able to use own car for business purpose <Preferable Skill/ Experience> - Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related fields - Working experience in Factory Construction - Working experience from Japanese companies
