Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Oversee and manage construction activities at the factory and plant sites. - Ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget. - Supervise subcontractors and coordinate with various stakeholders, including clients and internal teams. - Monitor and enforce safety regulations, quality standards, and compliance with local laws. - Conduct regular site inspections, identify potential issues, and troubleshoot/resolve technical problems. - Prepare and submit detailed reports, documentation, and progress updates related to construction activities. - Liaise and coordinate with government authorities for necessary permits, approvals, and site-specific regulatory requirements. *Project site: Bangkok, Chonburi Rayong and if work in Chonburi Rayong, CL will provide house or hotel
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related construction field - Conversational (middle-level) English proficiency for internal and client communication - At least 5 years of working experience as a site engineer in construction control of factories, plants, and buildings - Holding an Associate Engineer license or a Professional Engineer license - Ability to drive and own a car for commuting to project sites - Strong project management, supervision, and coordination skills - Diligent attention to compliance, safety, and quality standards <Preferable Skill/ Experience> - Have knowledge in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering - Working experience in a Japanese construction company or MNC company
