Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> 1. Install and test the machinery supplied by the company to clients - To prepare machinery and equipment for testing according to quality standards - To verify the accuracy of installation to ensure operational efficiency 2. On-site inspection and troubleshooting - To analyze issues arising during installation or operation - To repair, adjust, or fine-tune systems to meet client requirements 3. Coordination with related departments - To work closely with technicians, engineers from headquarters, and other departments - To manage site operations and organize tasks in proper sequence 4. Communicate with clients and internal teams in Chinese and Thai - To explain installation processes and provide user training in both Thai and Chinese - To ensure satisfaction, collect feedback, and relay insights for continuous improvement 5. Report work progress and issues - To prepare detailed work reports for submission to headquarters. - To provide key information such as identified problems, solutions applied, and time usage. 6. Other tasks as assigned by the managing Director
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering - At least 1 year of experience in the Installation or Maintenance of Industrial Machinery - Experience as a Field Engineer, Test Engineer, Production, or any related Engineer - Conversational High Level in Chinese (HSK 4) (Communicate with report line, trainer, Instructor, and Chinese customers) - Conversational Middle Level in English (Communication with other overseas customers, email, and documents) - Able to work upcountry following the company assignment <In Details> - Good problem-solving, teamwork, and customer service mindset - Team player with cross-cultural awareness and willingness to learn - Problem-Solving & Analytical Thinking <Preferable Skill / Experience > - Experience in a Japanese Company - Experience in a Chinese Business - Experience as a Site Engineer - Experience in PCB, FPC, and Semiconductor Testing Machinery
