Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Plan daily and weekly tasks while supervising foremen and subcontractors to ensure work follows correct procedures and meets quality standards. - Verify site layouts and inspect structural, architectural, and M&E works to ensure compliance with Shop Drawings. - Perform material take-offs for ordering, inspect incoming materials, and manage machinery/tools to ensure sufficiency and readiness. - Prepare progress reports (Daily/Weekly) and report obstacles or issues to the Project Manager. - Supervise operations to ensure compliance with safety regulations. - Act as a liaison between the technical teams, project owner, consultants, and designers.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering in Civil Engineer - At least 2 years of experience in construction - Ability to use AutoCAD or SketchUp for drafting - Possession of a Professional Civil Engineering License (COE) - Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel). - Willing to do documents task - Conversational Middle in English, to communicate with Japanese Report line and document ) <Personality> - Detail-oriented, good interpersonal skills, and a service-minded attitude. - Strong planning and communication skills. <Perferable Skill / Experience > - Residents of Phuket province. - Experience in automated parking building construction.
