Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Prepare and compile daily, weekly, and monthly reports. - Manage contracts, delivery notes, tax invoices, and work approval documents. - Maintain and organize all project forms and documents to ensure they are complete and up-to-date. - Prepare Purchase Orders (PO) and coordinate the procurement of project materials and equipment. - Monitor the distribution of materials and prepare Stock Reports (In/Out). - Manage and order office supplies for the site office. - Prepare and verify daily wages for workers and subcontractors. - Coordinate matters regarding expatriates (Japanese) and prepare relevant documentation. - Manage the site’s petty cash. - Oversee the neatness of the site office and contact building/facility management. - Act as a liaison between the construction site and the Head Office. - Communicate construction data, handle document dispatch/receipt, and circulate information to relevant parties.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor’s Degree in a related field. - Residing in or native to Phuket province. - Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel). - Willing to do documents task - Conversational Middle in English, to communicate with japanese Report line and document <Personality> - Detail-oriented, good interpersonal skills, and a service-minded attitude.
