Job Description


<Job Responsibilities>
■Operations & Financial Management
- Cash Management: Oversee daily cash flow, including cash register balancing, petty cash management, and ensuring accurate financial reporting.
- Profitability & Efficiency: Monitor sales performance, assess financial data, and implement strategies to improve shop profitability and reduce operational costs.
- Inventory Control: Manage stock levels, audit supplies, and coordinate with vendors to ensure optimal inventory without shortages.

■Expansion & Growth
- Strategic Support: Assist the Management in planning and executing new outlet openings and scaling business operations.
- Operational Development: Continuously evaluate and enhance shop operation systems to ensure scalability and consistency across all branches.

■Team Leadership & Training
- Talent Acquisition: Recruit, interview, and onboard new staff to support the growing number of stores.
- Staff Supervision: Provide ongoing training and supervision to ensure the team meets hospitality standards, including multilingual support for international guests.
- Quality Control: Ensure all staff adhere to Food Handler Certificate (Sanitation) requirements and safety protocols.

■Marketing & Customer Experience
- Promotions: Plan and execute local marketing activities and promotions to drive foot traffic and increase brand awareness.
- Customer Relations: Handle guest feedback and ensure a high-quality "Omotenashi" experience for both Thai and multinational clientele.

■Administrative Support
- Report directly to the Japanese Manager and execute any additional tasks as assigned to support overall business goals.

■Any tasks assigned by JP Manager 

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Bachelor's Degree of related field
- At least 2 years experiences in Hospitality or Entertainment Field
- Having experience of store manager
- Conversion middle level of English for communicate with the Japanese Thai Branch Manager
- Who can oversee and manage able to rotate to other 4 outlet locations in Bangkok as assign.

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Food Handler Certificate
