Work Outline: Manage shop, oversee revenue and lead shop staff
Duties & Responsibility:
•Manage everything in the shop to hit sales target and gain revenue
•Achieve financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions
•Complete store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results
•Train staff to control and improve work quality
•Formulate pricing policies by reviewing merchandising activities; determining
•additional needed sales promotion; authorizing clearance sales; studying trends
•Respond to customer complaints and comments
•Maintain awareness of market trends in the retail industry
•Coordinate with Japanese MD when some problems happened
Qualifications:
[Must]
•Thai nationality, Male or Female, Age 28 - 40
•Bachelor’s degree in any related field
•Experience as a Shop manager or in managerial level (at least 1 year)
•Good command of English
•Leadership skill
•Able to work on Saturday , Sunday / on the holiday
[Prefer]
•Able to speak Japanese
•Experience in training staff
Languages skills
English: Business level
Japanese: Conversational level (At least N3) (Preferable)
Workplace Area: [ISETAN] 5FL Central World, Rajdamri Road, Pathumwan, Bangkok 10330, Thailand
Working Hour:9:00 – 18:00 (Mon - Fri) * Schedule
*There is a possibility that candidate have to work on Saturday and Sunday
About the Benefit
Salary: 30,000THB – 45,000THB *negotiable
