About this Job
Work outline: Work as a Shop Expeditor under Schedule Control Team. To coordinate with material, construction and procurement team.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Visit shops (manufacturing place) of each companies
Ø Follow up the manufacturing schedule which provided to
Ø Alarm in case of delay and suggest countermeasures to Manufacturer
Ø Provision of the daily report
Ø Assist and interface works with QA for quality issues and factory test
Ø Assist and interface works with engineer for engineering issue
Ø Know the construction timeline and schedule to coordinate tasks among each team
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai nationality, Male or Female, age 25-50 years
Ø Bachelor's Degree in any fields
Ø More than 3 years of work experience in procurement from construction industry
Ø Good knowledge of construction materials vocabularies
Ø Understand materials details used in construction project
Ø Must be Well organized and can work independently & as a team
Ø Good knowledge computer skill
Ø Good command of both spoken and written English
Ø Good command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat) to produce correspondence and documents and maintain presentations, records, spreadsheets and databases
Preferable:
Ø Pleasant and approachable person with a positive attitude.
Ø Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
Ø Able to do multi-task.
Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversational Level
Japanese: Preferable
Workplace Area: Shuttle Van service from BTS Saphan Kwai or MRT Kam-paeng Phet
Working Hour: Mon-Fri 8.30 -17.30
