Work outline: Overall of shipping processes
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Check documents from CS and EDI before process customs clearance
Ø Prepare import entry document and pay for tax
Ø Conduct of Import-Export customs clearance
Ø Solve the problem about import customs clearance in case some mistake document
Ø Complete advance payment & Settle advance import
Ø Other as assigned by Manager
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai Nationality, Male/Female, age between 30-45 years old
Ø Bachelor’s degree
Ø At least 5-7 years’ experience in shipping / import-export in freight forwarder or logistic company
Ø Knowledge in Customs Law
Ø Can work under pressure
Ø Able to do Invoice, packing list
Ø Leadership skill, Service Mind and Teams player
Ø MUST Have own motorcycle
Preferable:
Ø Live in Chonburi area
Ø Experience in Sea Shipping
Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversational Level
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: Chonburi
Working Hour: Monday – Friday [8:30 – 17.30]
About the Benefit
Salary: 30,000 – 42,000 THB including all allowance
