Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> Planning & Control: - Plan production, set targets, and forecast output. - Prepare budgets, allocate resources (manpower and machinery), and schedule production. - Control production costs to meet targets. People Management: - Allocate manpower in line with production capacity. - Train, supervise, and evaluate employee performance. - Motivate employees and promote teamwork. - Process & Quality Management: - Ensure production processes are efficient and meet quality standards. - Monitor and continuously improve production processes (Continuous Improvement). - Establish quality standards and promptly resolve production issues. Coordination & Reporting: - Coordinate with other departments (Purchasing, Sales, Marketing) and external partners. - Prepare production performance reports for management review. Equipment Management: - Maintain, repair, and improve production equipment to ensure operational readiness.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - Bachelor’s degree or higher. - At least 5 years of experience in Production Control in Manufacturing Company - Management experience with subordinates - Well manpower managing ability - Conversational Middle to High level in English (Internal meeting, report, documents) - Ability to work well under high pressure. <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Experience in Sewing, Garment, Clothing from Manufacturing business - Experience in Manager level - Immediately or early joined applicant
