Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Install, inspect, and troubleshoot large CNC machines at client sites - Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on CNC machinery - Handle electrical diagnostics, including PLC troubleshooting and system calibration - Provide technical support and training to clients on machine operation and maintenance - Prepare service reports and coordinate with engineering teams for technical solutions - Travel frequently to client locations both locally in Thailand and overseas in Southeast Asia (Vietnam, Indonesia, Malaysia, etc.) - Collaborate with Japanese and Thai engineers to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - Vocational Certificate or Bachelor degree in Mechanical, Electronics or Mechatronics - As least 1 years experience as Machine Operators, Maintenance Engineers, or Service Engineers with NC/CNC Machine Tools - Conversation Middle in English (Able to communicate about work operation in English with Managemnt and clients, also oversea business trip) - Have own car with Driving license - Ability to travel abroad for business/training (South East Asia(Mostly in Vietnam, Indonesia, Malaysia, Phillippines) - Openness to occasional weekend on-site visits (OT provided) <Preferable Skill/ Experience> - Conversation High in English - Japanese language is preferable - PLC is preferable (FANUC and Mitsubishi)
