Service support Engineer (Japanese Speaking) @Smutprakarn (35K-50K) (SDG-56160) <Job Responsibilities> Support, Cooperate and communicate between team and customer or supplier in Japanese language and English. Process and lead the project, overhaul, or big improvement. After sales service support. Be professional engineer and best supporter to make customer fully satisfy or impress. Control project timeline to ensure all project will be achieving target and finish on schedule. Coordinate with related departments for smoothly operation. Visit customers as required (Mainly together with Engineer or Sales.) Other tasks following manager’s assignment or company policy. <Necessary Skill / Experience > Thai nationality, Male, 25-30 years old Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic or concern. At least 2 years’ experience of machine maintenance and/or after sales service for machine field or translating & communicating function in Japanese Understand basic of mechanical & electrical maintenance. Good command of computer skill in Ms. Office, Email, Online communication, etc. Good command of Japanese language skill. (communicate with oversee customers etc.) Good command of English language skill. (email and other tasks as assigned) Can drive car and have driving license (Company cars are provided) Comfort to do OT on weekday overtime and holiday Have problem solving skill, flexible, good service mind, and relationship. Good communication skill, positive attitude and can work under pressure. <Preferable Skill / Experience> Understand electric diagram and electrical equipment functional. Knowledgeable system of pneumatic, hydraulic. Knowledgeable electronic and industrial automation equipment such as Inverter, Sensor, etc. Skillfully in tools and measurements.
