Service Planning (Staff – Senior) (17K-30K) (JO-180426-160948)
Work outline: Coordinating with the concerned parties to arrange the necessary training as well as analyzing information and prepare report to the manager. (Must be able to visit the provider – by company’s car with driver)
Duties & Responsibilities:
Arrange Safe Driving training and other necessary training.
Come up with the training program when is required
Coordinating with the related sections in case of operational issues
Responsible for arrange bring-back process expiry vehicle. (Arrange auction)
Analyze auction result, actual maintenance cost, set residual value for each vehicle
Rent-a-car arrangement and stock vehicle management
Analyze how to improve operational performance
Prepare necessary report based from the data that have received from sales team.
Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai nationality, Female, age 23-28 years
Bachelor Degree
At least 1-5 years’ experience in automotive/ leasing/ logistics or any other related field
Proficiency in using English is a must
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office
Analytical skills and planning skills
Able to work individually
Preferable:
Creative thinking and self-learning skills
Fundamental automotive knowledge
A good team player and good health
Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversational Level
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: BTS Rajdamri
Working Hour: 8:30 – 17:30 (Monday – Friday)
