Service Engineer (Japanese Speaking) @Chonburi (33K-38K) (SDG-29342) <Job Responsibilities> Be responsible for maintenance and other technical support for distributors and clients by coordinating between engineer and Japanese Get information from Japanese design team and inform it to Thai engineer team Support engineers to install and set up new machine at client’s site or factory Repair and maintenance work for customers at the site Provide technical support and advice with both customers and distributors in Thailand Provide proper advise with distributor in other ASEAN countries in English on the phone Reading system manual written in Japanese and explain to Thai staff Visit oversea client (mainly Cambodia, once in a month) Control spare parts and equipment in a stock Contact and respond any inquiry from customers with good service manner Contact with technical team in Japan HQ when advanced technical support is needed
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > Thai nationality, Male/Female, 23-35 years old At least College diploma in electrical/mechanical/Japanese/any other related Advanced conversation level of Japanese (middle to high) Advanced conversational level of English (low to middle) At least 1 year working experience of maintenance in Japanese manufacturing company Be able to commute to work by themselves Be able to use own car for visiting client Have an interest to machine and willing to learn <Preferable Skill / Experience> Bachelor’s degree in engineering field, especially mechanical and electrical engineering Languages skills English: Conversational level Japanese: Conversational level Workplace Area: Amatanakhorn Phase8, Chonburi Working Hour: 8:30-17:40 (Mon-Fri) About the Benefits Salary: 33,000–38,000 THB About the company Products: Manufacturing of Environmental test chambers (In Thailand, After-Service, Sales agent support and Technical support) Business Type: General Appliances / Electrical Equipment;
