Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Provide on-site service, maintenance, and repair for machinery and equipment at customer locations. - Perform routine inspections, start-up support, and preventive maintenance. - Diagnose and resolve technical issues on customer equipment. - Support customers with operation guidance and basic training when required. - Prepare service reports and submit them to the supervisor. - Handle after-sales service cases and customer complaints professionally. - Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. - At least 1 year of experience as a Service Engineer in the machinery industries - Fresh graduate from a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, and Industrial Engineering - Conversational Low level of English (Use with Email, Manual, and Documents) - Able to use MS Outlook, Microsoft Office - Holding a valid driving license (Company Car provided) <Preferable skill> - Be able to start immediately
