Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
- Visit customer sites as required.
- Install Textile Machinery products at customer sites.
- Troubleshoot and repair products promptly in case of errors or malfunctions.
- Provide timely responses to customer inquiries and technical issues.
- Report incidents and service activities promptly to the Japanese General Manager.
- Perform other duties and tasks as assigned.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical, mechanical engineering
- At least 1 year of experience as a Service engineer in any industry
- Fresh graduates are welcome
- Conversational Middle level of English (Internal training, meetings, documents, and reports)
- Computer Skills (Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Must have own car and valid driver’s license (For visiting the client site)
- Flexibility to work on Saturday
- Flexibility to work overtime

- Relevant experience in the Textile process
