Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> 1. Technical Support for construction and mining machinery under company - Organize regular meetings with key customers to identify technical issues and plan countermeasures. - Grasp site conditions, perform initial judgment of customer claims, and quickly share information with internal and external stakeholders. - Handle technical information (drawings, service data, etc.) appropriately and manage/share necessary information within company. - Provide dealers with on-site field support and technical advice to diagnose and troubleshoot heavy equipment issues, including hydraulic, electrical, engine, and transmission systems. - Support dealers in new product assembly, equipment and parts training, warranty claim review and processing, and spare parts recommendation and inspection. - Plan and attend troubleshooting activities and conduct technical training. 2. After-Sales Service Promotion (Marketing) - Support General Manager in delivering business strategies to improve operational efficiency and sustainability of product and service support activities. - Coordinate with dealers to collect and analyze data for market surveys, research, business planning, and marketing support. - Adjust and negotiate parts pricing and commercial conditions. - Research and report on market pricing and competitor trends. - Support dealer sales promotion plans and promote strategies from company and its group companies. - Collaborate with site teams to support accounts receivable (AR) collection from mining customers. 3. Other (Internal Coordination) - Participate in meetings with company headquarters and related departments (conducted in English), prepare minutes and materials, coordinate schedules, and facilitate consensus building. - Identify development opportunities for assigned construction machinery products. - Handle and resolve customer concerns and inquiries related to machinery products and services. - Prepare and analyze monthly service reports accurately and on time.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - Bachelor Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronic Engineering. - At least 5 years of related working experience in service engineer, technical engineer, after service engineer, marketing engineer or sales engineer from heavy machinery/construction machinery - Conversation High level in English (To communicate with Japanese Management, head quarter, attend meeting and summarize report) - Proficient in Microsoft office applications, such as MS PowerPoint, Excel and Word. - Ability to travel upcountry when required - Excellent inter-personal, communication, presentation, problem solving and negotiation skills, able to engage with dealer in a professional and competent manner. - Able to work independently and be self-motivated. - A team player with positive attitude and strong customer orientation. <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Experience in the After-Sales Service department within the construction machinery industry - Japanese language skills - Holding TOEIC 600-750 or higher score - own car
