Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
- Service engineer supports the machine in the SMT (Surface Mount Technology) process
(Installation/ maintenance/troubleshooting/ training/ production support)
- Provides support to Engineers, reliability/technicians, and factory operations teams for continuous improvement activities in Safety, Quality, and cost efficiency.
- Delivering services to customers effectively and on time (Service around nearby Bangkok, Ayutthaya, Prachinburi, Pathumtani, Chonburi, Samutprakarn, Rayong, etc.)
- Monitoring and maintaining the electrical equipment or machinery performance.
- Walking customers through how the equipment works, including how to use it safely. Providing clear customer feedback
- Out-of-hours callouts are responded to on time.
- Follow and adhere to Health, Safety, and Environmental standards and regulations at all times.
- To support the Manager and Senior
- Other tasks assigned
*Sometimes overnight stay at client site, company supports all expenses and OT
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, or related fields
- At least 3 years of experience as a service engineer or maintenance engineer
- MUST have Experience in SMT (Surface Mount Technology).
- Conversational High of English (To communicate with Japanese MD and use with documents and emails)
- Able to travel and stay overnight in the upcountry
- Have a driving license
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Experience in Yamaha/SMT/Omron/AOI machines or SMT (Surface Mount Technology) business
