Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - To perform machine setup and installation at customer sites. - To provide machine maintenance and repair services at customer plants. - To conduct machine operation training for customers. - To prepare user manuals and translate technical documents and manuals. - To complete service reports after customer site visits. - To analyze technical problems and provide effective recommendations. - Other tasks as assigned by the Management.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related fields) - Fresh graduates with internship experience are welcome - Conversational High Level in English (Communicate with Japanese Managing Director and customers while visiting sites, emails, and reports) - Hold a driving license <In Detail> - Willing and able to travel domestically and internationally for work, training, and project execution - Good understanding of Mechanical (ME) drawings and Electrical (EL) diagrams - Basic skills in AutoCAD or SolidWorks <Preferable Skill/ Experience> - At least 1 year of experience as a Service Engineer, in installation, or in machine maintenance - Experience in a Japanese Company - Proficient in PLC programming (Mitsubishi) - Experience with HMI (GOT or Pro-face)
