Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Conduct trial tests and prepare test reports in English. - Install and set up machines at customer sites according to customer requirements; maintain installation records and issue invoices. - Perform machine servicing and repairs, with detailed service reports. - Investigate, analyze, and resolve technical issues related to standard products at customer sites. - Provide operational and technical training to customers after machine installation. - Visit customer sites as required for installation, service, and support activities. - Perform maintenance and upkeep of demo machines. - Handle customer claims and complaints in a professional and effective manner. - Carry out other duties as assigned.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, Industrial Engineering - At least 1 year of experience in Technical service/Service Engineer in electronics or automotive manufacturing industries - Fresh Graduate in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering - Have experience in PLC (Mitsubishi) - Conversation, middle level of English [To use with documents, email, and reports, internal report] - Computer skills: Microsoft Office program (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Have a driver's license and be able to visit clients by company car (2-3/days, depending on clients) <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Have your own car - Can start working immediately <Details> - Strong communication skills and a service-minded - Positive attitude and growth-oriented mindset
