<Job Responsibilities> - Making a trial test & report in English. - Installation and setting the machine according to customer conditions at the customer's plant, with a record and deliver an Invoice. - Service & Repair machine by making a report. - Investigate and resolve technical problems on standard products at the customer site. - Training for customers after installing the machine. - Visit the customer site - Maintenance for demo-machine. - Handle customer claims and complaints effectively Skill Needed: - Understand I/O program. - Check drawing using software skills. - Other duties assigned
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field. - At least 1 year of experience in technical service and repair machine roles in electronics or automotive manufacturing industries - Have experience in PLC(Programmable Logic Controller) - Conversation, middle level of English [To use with documents, email, and reports] - Computer skills: Microsoft Office program (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Able to visit clients by company car, no driver (2-3/days, depending on clients) - Have a driver's license. - Strong communication skills and a service-minded - Positive attitude and growth-oriented mindset <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Have Own car - Can start working immediately
