Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Fully support customer and relationship building - Provide field operations support to customers and take care our customers after sales - Adhere to installation guidelines and industry best practices to deliver quality Field Operations. - Carry out troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance servicing of machines, - Write accurate professional reports on technical issues and interface with all involved functions. - Responsible for setting up new machines and conducting pre-delivery inspection before installation - Conduct technical training to team members and Customers when required. - Working close to Japanese manager(Can speck Thai) - Any other duties assigned
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related fields. ・At least 3 years of experience on maintenance department in an Automobile Company or an Industrial Company ・Conversional middle level of English(To communicate with client) ・Own car and driving license ・Ability to compile data and documents (Microsoft 365, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint etc.) <Preferable Skill / Experience> ・Experience about machine maintenance and PLC will be an advantage ・Experience work in Japanese company
