Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Supervise software and system installation at customer sites (Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Warehouse Control Systems (WCS), and system controllers). - Conduct system tests and operational checks during implementation and commissioning - Provide after-sales support, including maintenance, system health checks, and periodic servicing - Handle troubleshooting and liaise with technical teams to resolve software/system errors - Collaborate with automation hardware/service teams during system integration - Document service activities, reports, and client communication - Travel to client sites (mainly factories or logistics centers)
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > * Candidates with A or B conditions can apply - (A) Fresh Graduates with a Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Mechatronics, Electrical/Electronics, Industrial, Mechanical, or related Engineering fields. - (B) At least 1 year of experience as a Field Engineer, or Service Engineer, handling Warehouse systems, machinery, or automation in any industry, with experience in automation systems - Conversational Middle level of English (Internal training, meetings, documents, and reports) - Must have own car and valid driver’s license (For visit client site) <Preferable skill/Experience> - Basic understanding of automation systems, WMS/WCS, or system controllers is a plus - Japanese language is a plus <Detail> - Flexibility to work on Saturdays - Flexibility to work overtime - Computer Skills (Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
