Job Description


<Job Responsibilities>
- Provide technical support for electrical and automation equipment, with a strong focus on Mitsubishi PLC programming.
- Investigate technical issues, identify root causes, propose corrective actions, and perform on-site troubleshooting when required.
- Support sales activities by preparing quotations, confirming specifications, and providing technical solutions and documentation to customers.
Plan, coordinate, and manage projects to ensure successful execution and achievement of project objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing ongoing technical and after-sales support.
- Communicate and coordinate effectively with customers, the Japan headquarters, and both local and overseas suppliers.
- Support customers in resolving technical challenges through a combination of engineering expertise and customer-focused service.
- Other duties assigned

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience>
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
- At least 1 year of work experience in Service Engineer
- TOEIC score of 550 or above is a must

On-site Assignment Requirements:
- Domestic: Ability to work on long-term on-site assignments for approximately 1–2 months.
- Overseas: Ability to undertake overseas business trips for approximately 2–4 weeks when required.

<Preferable Skill/ Experience>
- Japanese language skill (N3 or N4 level) 
- Personal vehicle availability is optional.

**Optional Training Opportunity:
Assigning a short-term training (approximately 2-4 weeks) in China or Japan to gain hands-on knowledge and practical skills of the CHINO system. And support customer of pre-inspection around 2-4 weeks.
