Service Engineer (Air Compressors) (30K–40K) (SDG-107231) วิศวกรบริการ (เครื่องอัดอากาศ) <Job responsibilities> - Respondent for technical question from the distributors. - Visit customer site/factory with distributor to Confirm the machine condition. - Site support for troubleshooting and support our clients. - Coordinating with factory sites (overseas) and internal teams to provide the best service. - Ensure the satisfaction of the customers with the products of the company by means of effective service work. - Building up confidence and customer satisfaction. <หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบในงาน> - ตอบคำถามด้านเทคนิคจากผู้จัดจำหน่าย - เดินทางไปโรงงาน/โรงงานของลูกค้าร่วมกับผู้จัดจำหน่ายเพื่อยืนยันสภาพเครื่องจักร - การสนับสนุนไซต์สำหรับการแก้ไขปัญหาและสนับสนุนลูกค้า - ประสานงานกับไซต์โรงงาน (ต่างประเทศ) และทีมงานภายในเพื่อให้บริการที่ดีที่สุด - สร้างความพึงพอใจให้กับลูกค้าด้วยผลิตภัณฑ์ของ บริษัทด้วยการทำงานบริการที่มีประสิทธิภาพ - สร้างความมั่นใจและความพึงพอใจของลูกค้า
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Thai nationality , Male , age 27 - 35 years old - Bachelor's degree - Bachelor’s degree or higher in mechanical engineering and related field - At least 3-5 years’ experience as a Service Engineer - Able to Travel upon country and Oversea and work Flexible hours (for training at Japan but depends on situation) - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Thai (Use for Communicate with vendor from China and Japan, and internal) - Strong relationship builder within a matrix organization. - Experiences in client Onsite <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Work Experience in Air Compressors would Be plus - Have driving license (company car support for Visit client) - JLPT N3 would Be plus.
