Service Engineer (25K-35K) (SDG-27152) <Job Responsibilities> In-house standby and response for technical customer call. Set-up & installation for all products. (Network and windows) Study specification and technical product details. Conducts the product training. Conducts the product demonstration. On-site problem solving. Follow-up and close the problem. Develop and enhances technical skill. Provides pre-sale support. Provides consulting to customer, sales, and technician. Maintains and improve customers’ satisfaction. Conducts preventive maintenance.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 25-35 years old Bachelor degree At least 3 years’ support experience Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Products or Linux or Unix Administration (HPUX or AIX or Solaris) or Network Technology & Security (Cisco Product, Fire wall Product) Experience as Database Administrator <Preferable Skill / Experience> Certificate in MCSE, CCNA, or Oracle DBA Languages skills English: Basic Level Japanese: None Workplace Area: BTS Asoke / MRT Sukhumvit, Bangkok Working Hour: 9:00-18:00 (Mon –Fri) About the Benefits Salary: 25,000–35,000THB About the company Products: Sales and service of IT hardware and software Business Type: General / IT Services
