Work outline: Responsible for field support of existing and new clients.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Fully support customer and relationship building
Ø Provide field operations support to customers and take care our customer after sales
Ø Adhere to installation guidelines and industry best practices in order to deliver quality Field Operations.
Ø Carry out troubleshooting, repairs and maintenance servicing of machines,
Ø Write accurate professional reports on technical issues and interfacing with all involved functions.
Ø Responsible in setting up new machines and conducting pre-delivery inspection prior to installation
Ø Conduct technical training to team members and Customers when required.
Ø Working close to Japanese manager
Ø Sometime visit client with JP management
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai Nationality, Male, age 25-35 years old
Ø Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering or related fields.
Ø Experience in maintenance department in Automobile Company or Industrial Company
Ø Experience about machine maintenance and PLC will be an advantage
Ø Ability to compile data and documents (Excel, word and PowerPoint etc.)
Ø Own car and driving license
Preferable:
Ø Experience working in a Japanese company
Languages skills
English: Advanced conversational level
Japanese: Preferable
Workplace Area: BTS Udomsuk, Bangna Trad KM 34
Working Hour: Monday to Friday 8.30-17.30pm (Can come to work on Saturday – Not a must)
