Work Outline: Be responsible for installation and warranty management for company products
Duties & Responsibility:
Install new crane and ensure successful handover to customers
Take care of factory and suppliers to resolve any technical issues faced during installation
Process and approve warranty requests from customers
Follow up to ensure prompt case closure and customer satisfaction
Represent the factory product support teams to advise customers/dealers for all warranty issues in this region.
Conduct technical investigations
Consolidate and submit monthly reports
Advice customer/dealer on any product support issues related to the assigned range of products.
Take care of factory product support team to address any the product support issues.
Constantly review the technical challenges faced in this region and propose suitable technical solutions to overcome them.
Constantly review existing product support procedures and solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Conduct and organize training to customers/dealers.
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai nationality, Male Only, Age 27-35 years old
Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering
Good knowledge in electrical motors, generators, PLC systems and other electro-mechanical systems used in cranes
Familiar with mechanical systems like engines and transmissions.
Driving License and own car
Proficient user of Microsoft Office applications.
[Prefer]
Preferably 5 years or more experience in the maintenance of port cranes (e.g. Rubber Tyre Gantry cranes, etc) and container handling equipment.
Languages skills
English: Advanced conversational level
Workplace Area: Bangna
Working Hour :: 8.30 – 17.30 (Monday – Friday)
