Work Outline: Visit client to provide technical service (80%) and maintain existing products (20%)
Duties & Responsibility:
Provide customer satisfaction through technical service, installation, operation, training and repair of specialized equipment
Provide training and technical advice on instrument use, both in person and by phone
Rectify problems or suggest solutions or arrange for repairs to be made
Provide an important link between customers and Sales and Marketing
Act as a liaison with factory technicians to report and correct faults
Make recommendations for existing products or prospect products to clients
Travel domestics (Chonburi, Rayong etc.)
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai Nationality, Male ONLY, Age 25-30 years old
Bachelor Degree in Engineering
At least 2 years of experience in Service Engineer
Good command of speaking & written in English
Own a car & Driving License
[Prefer]
Working experience as Service Engineer in Electronics Parts Manufacturing
(Molding or plastic injection)
Languages skills
English: Conversational Level
Workplace Area: Asoke
Working Hour :: 8.30 – 17.00 (Monday – Friday)
