Job Responsibilities ・Conduct the technical training to dealers and customers ・Assist dealers in resolving issues and complaints concerning products ・Assist dealers in spare parts recommend ・Summarize the warranty claim from dealers ・Analyzation warranty claim cases ・Maintain contact with dealers to obtain customer feedback regarding product performance and quality ・Assist internal spare parts team for part information ・Coordinate with relate section for troubleshooting the complaint from customer ・Joint with sales section or dealer to site visit end customers ・Other as assigned ความรับผิดชอบต่อหน้าที่ ・ดำเนินการฝึกอบรมด้านเทคนิคแก่ตัวแทนจำหน่ายและลูกค้า ・ช่วยเหลือตัวแทนจำหน่ายในการแก้ไขปัญหาและการร้องเรียนเกี่ยวกับผลิตภัณฑ์ ・แนะนำตัวแทนจำหน่ายในด้านอะไหล่ ・สรุปการเรียกร้องการรับประกันจากตัวแทนจำหน่าย ・การวิเคราะห์กรณีการเคลมการรับประกัน ・ติดต่อกับตัวแทนจำหน่ายเพื่อรับคำติชมจากลูกค้าเกี่ยวกับประสิทธิภาพและคุณภาพของผลิตภัณฑ์ ・ช่วยเหลือทีมอะไหล่ภายในสำหรับข้อมูลชิ้นส่วน ・ประสานงานกับส่วนที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาข้อร้องเรียนจากลูกค้า ・ร่วมกับฝ่ายขายหรือตัวแทนจำหน่ายเพื่อเยี่ยมชมสถานที่ของลูกค้า ・อื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Job Requirement
