Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Manage and supervise the Service Section and Service Planning Section - Plan and control daily after-sales service operations - Provide technical support to dealers, customers, and internal departments - Manage field service, repair, maintenance, product inspection, and technical problem-solving - Coordinate with domestic/overseas suppliers regarding product quality and technical issues - Analyze product problems and customer complaints and implement corrective and preventive actions - Support dealers through technical advice, service training, and service process improvement - Establish and monitor departmental targets, service performance, and work progress - Develop and supervise service staff, mechanics, and office staff - Improve service procedures, work efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction - Prepare reports and provide updates to management
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or a related field - At least 10 years of After-Sales Service, Technical Support, and Service Planning experience, including management experience in any industry - Conversational High-level English (Internal/ External communication, Clients, dealers, partners) - Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, maintenance, repair, and technical services - Experience in managing mechanics, technical staff, or an after-sales service team <Preferable Skill/ Experience> - Able to join immediately - Experience in the automotive, agricultural machinery, or construction machinery industry - Knowledge of engines, tractors, agricultural machinery, or related equipment is an advantage - Conversational high level of Japanese (Use internal) <Details> - Ability to manage operations proactively using the PDCA cycle - Good analytical, problem-solving, leadership, and decision-making skills - Good communication and interpersonal skills - Self-motivated, improvement-oriented, and able to work effectively under pressure
