<Number of employees : Total : 20 Local : 16 Japanese : 4 > <Report Line : JP managers > <Team Member: 5person > <Number of Subordinates: None > <Products: Environmental Text Chamber, Measurement & Evaluation Systems / Semiconductor-related Equipment > <Clients: Automotive company, Electric company > <Saturday Working: Basically none, but depends on client > <Position objective > Coordinate with Japanese and Thailand clients. <Job Responsibilities> - Translate some documents witch is written by Japanese to local staff - Pick up phone and talk with customer to support in Japanese - Coordinate with Japanese to provide repair support/estimate support for inquiries from Thailand and ASEAN clients - Management monthly report dates from each department - Report to Japanese manager in Japanese - Other tasks might be assigned by Japanese manager
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - At least 2years sales support or customer support experience - Conversational high to Business level of Japanese(N2 level ) - Conversational middle level of English - Can commute by themselves <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Bachelor's degree of electronics, electrical engineering or any related field - Have knowledge of electronics - Not Job hopper - Have some experience of admin
