Duties & Responsibility:

Leading the customer service team and motivate team member to provide best service and ensure high satisfaction to all visiting customer

Setting, managing, and controlling the repairing service quality and turnaround time to meet service center standard

Providing coaching, advice, and support to team members to elevate members’ skill, knowledge, and motivation

Regularly report concerned information to president and MD and also HQ  

    

Desired skills & experiences:

[Must]

Mal, 37 – 42 years old

Thai Nationality Only

Bachelor’s degree or Master degree in business or any related field

7 years of experience in customer service center

Minimum 3 years of experience in managerial level   

Good command in English both written and spoken 

 [Prefer]

Experience or knowledge camera industries

Active, Energetic, good interpersonal skill, Humble, self-initiate personality  

Knowledge in TQM, LEAN, etc.


Languages skills:

English: Business Level (Business, TOEIC:700 or over)

        

Workplace Area:Sathon / Bangkok (BTS Chongnonsri)   

Working Hour:Mon - Fri (8.30 – 17.30) 


About the Benefit

Salary: 70,000 - 80,000 THB/ Month
