Service Assistant Manager (Japanese Speaking) (40-50K) (SDG-38569) <Job Responsibilities> Responsible for assignment team members according to project Scheduling management Work flow, Process and manual improvement Installation and do maintenance products existing clients with team members Maintaining relationship between clients and company and providing the after service Inventory control for machine parts and tools Visit customers and dealers sometimes (1 - 3 times/1 week) Monitoring on pricing, products, new products, delivered schedule, merchandising techniques, etc. Dealing with clients and dealers via e-mail and telephone. Support dealers for maintenance tasks and operation training Support for exhibitions and visitor demonstrations Report creation, collection, aggregation Other tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > Thai nationality, Male/Female, 30-40 years old Bachelor’s Degree in any fields Conversational of Japanese and English level Working experience as Engineer with Engineer background for 3 years Management experience for one year at least Have driving license <Preferable Skill / Experience> Working experience for Printer or Elevator industry Languages skills English: Conversational Level Japanese: Conversational Level Workplace Area: BTS Udomsuk, Bangkok Working Hour: 8:30-17:30 (Monday – Friday) About the Benefits Salary: 40,000–50,000THB About the company Products: Trading and sales of industrial printer such as Inkjet Printer, Cutting Plotte, software, ink and 3D printer.
