Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Manage and process work orders received from the Call Center following customer booking confirmations and workshop appointments. - Review and confirm maintenance and repair requirements based on service schedules and customer-reported issues (Voice of Customer). - Ensure approved rebates, discounts, and cost-saving initiatives are accurately reflected in workshop quotations and invoices. - Review and approve repair and maintenance costs in accordance with service schedules and customer requirements. - Monitor and follow up with workshops to ensure timely completion of SMR (Service, Maintenance, and Repair) activities. - Utilize AMT-designated systems and applications to manage daily operations and ensure accurate transaction records. - Coordinate with internal stakeholders, workshops, and external service providers to ensure efficient execution of SMR operations. - Support customer satisfaction by ensuring all maintenance and repair services meet quality standards, service requirements, and agreed turnaround times.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - At least 2 years of experience in automotive aftersales, fleet management, workshop operations, vehicle maintenance, or service operations - Conversational level in English to communicate with internal and external - Must hold a valid driving license and be capable of driving a motor vehicle for business and operational purposes (TBC car provided) <Details> - Good understanding of vehicle servicing, maintenance schedules, repair processes, and workshop operations - Experience coordinating with workshops, vendors, service providers, and internal stakeholders - Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks while meeting service deadlines <Preferable Skill/ Experience>
