Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Independently handle new supplier approval audit - Independently conduct internal/third party audit on company and their suppliers - Independently conduct supplier performance evaluation and improvement - Independently collaborate with Engineering to identify risks of new product development, and review document control, BOM, spec and FAI - Independently collaborate with Engineering and supplier to identify risk of new product manufacturing process, FMEA and key product characteristics - Independently collaborate with Engineering and supplier for quality control, quality report and production yield of pilot production - Independently collaborate with Engineering and supplier to establish product standards, SOP, SIP, CP and reliability test spec - Independently review and follow up design change and quality issues in new product development stage - Independently handle supplier new production line audit and verification - Independently evaluate supplier 4M change request and risk assessment - Independently evaluate supplier production control (4M1E) to ensure company product/process requirements are met - Independently improve process control, product quality and production yield - Independently review and follow-up open process/quality issues, SCAR and 8D reports with suppliers - Independently handle complex quality issues and customer requirements - Independently supervise and coordinate QC/PCS/PE/DQE works
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Industrial, Mechanical, Electronic Engineering - 7 years of working experience in Quality Control and Quality Engineer from manufacturing environment (Fiber optics, Semiconductor, Electronics) - Conversation High level to Business in English or Chinese (To Communicate with Internal, clients, suppliers) <In details> - Good understanding of drawing requirements - Familiar with MS office - Strong analysis skill - Good reporting and can work independently - Good coordination skill - Leadership skill <Preferable Skill/ Experience> - Experience fiber optics industry preferred
