<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor's degree in any field. - At least 3 years as Sales or Business development, market analysis in a manufacturing company - At least 1 year of experience managing subordinates. - Conversational High in English (communicate with clients, report line, documents, and e-mail) - Good Microsoft office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint) - Willing to take initiative in unfamiliar areas and drive new business opportunities <Indetails> - Strong communication skills with clients and internal team members, able to build trust <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Have experience in selling Labels - Experience in launching new business projects - Project leadership experience
