Job Description
・Infrastructure connections, systems and business applications support in back office to our customers ・Participation on IT projects ・Ensuring all incidents are progressed & cleared within SLA – escalating to other internal and external teams as appropriate ・Maintain and develop own knowledge and skills to assist with 2nd level support ・Participate the IT projects in region and globally in company ・Compliance with IT services supporting rules in company ・Sharing knowledge with team colleagues ・The tasks assigned by the supervisor IT Skill ・Networking(WAN, LAN, WLAN, Internet etc connections) ・Servers(VMWare platform, Windows Servers environment and applications) ・iOS Devices,O365 ・SAP user management, authorization and BANF (Purchase requisition order category) system support in case have some order in IT department (create PR) ・Application of ITIL concepts when managing tickets ・Digitization approach
Job Requirement
・Bachelor's in Computer Science, IT or related field. ・Working experience 3 years in manufacturing field in IT infrastructure position. ・Having management experiences 3 years in manufacturing field in IT infrastructure position. ・Advance conversation high in English ・Be able to build relationships with colleagues. ・Have experience of designing and operation the following all category technologies. ・Have experience in SAP
