Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - To generate new sales opportunities and expand the customer base - To maintain and build relationships with existing customers - To provide technical consultation on products such as insulation panels & doors, cooling equipment, and clean rooms & cold rooms for customers - To analyze customer needs and recommend the most suitable solutions and products - To coordinate with engineering teams to prepare technical proposals - To plan and manage the sales process, from quotation to order confirmation and delivery - To calculate the capacity and heat load - To cost calculation and control - To visit customers to present products, offer guidance on usage - To coordinate on-site installation work, including scheduling, and the contractor - To follow up with customers and ensure customer satisfaction after sales. - Other tasks as assigned by the Manager
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field - At least 2 years of experience in Sales from the Refrigeration system, Cold Room, or related field - Experience in B2B Sales, Cost Calculation, and Control, Technical Support, and Post Sales - Conversational High Level in English (Communicate with the Japanese Report line, report emails, and other documents) - Able to visit sites in Samutprakarn, Pathumtani, and Chonburi - Have your own car with a Driving License <In Details> - Problem-Solving & Analytical Thinking - Time Management & Prioritization - Adaptability & Learning Agility <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Bachelor's degree in Engineering - Experience in a Japanese Company - Experience in the Factory Construction Industry - Experience as a Sales Engineer or Technical Sales - Experience in Sandwich Panel Systems for Industrial clean room & Cold room Panels - Experience in Refrigeration
