Job Description


<Job Responsibilities>
- Develop new business opportunities through cold calling, inside sales activities, and lead generation via seminars, trade shows, and networking events
- Deepen relationships and expand business with existing clients
- Identify client and organizational challenges, and provide tailored IT/cloud solutions to address their needs
- Prepare quotations and proposals, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Negotiate contract terms and manage the closing process
- Monitor and analyze post-sales results to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Handle customer issues and complaints, ensuring timely resolution through effective internal collaboration
- Other assigned tasks

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- At least 3-year working experience as sales who takes care of non-tangible products such as SaaS, IT cloud.  
- Conversational high level of Japanese (N2 Up. For internal and external communication)
- Strong desire to contribute to rapid business growth with strong sense of ownership
- A person who deeply resonates with our business mission and values
- A person who can face challenges with resilience and high standards, even in difficult situations
- A clear and positive communicator who builds trust and collaboration with others

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Business level of Japanese (N1)
- Working experience of developing new clients in a company that have been established short time ago
- Working experience in or Organization & HR Consulting Firm
