<Job Responsibilities> - Conduct market, competitor, and target audience analysis - Develop relationships with new publishers and negotiate pricing - Plan and execute special promotions and campaigns for the e-book store - Manage and analyze sales data, user behavior, and campaign performance - Support digital marketing efforts for new customer acquisition and fan community engagement, including influencer collaboration
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience - Candidates must meet the above requirements and have experience in at least one of the following areas: a. At least 3 years of experience in new publisher development, pricing negotiations, or planning and operating e-commerce platforms b. At least 5 years of experience in sales to retailers or manufacturers, or in consumer marketing (including digital and influencer marketing) - Experience in sales promotion and advertising within the e-book sales planning/publishing industry - A strong interest in manga, and titles aimed at a specific audience and a deep understanding of fan communities and their culture. - Conversational high in English to communicate with the Japanese Headquarters and external - Able to use Ms Office <Details> - Proactive initiative and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication, analytical, and task management skills - Japanese language proficiency is a plus <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Japanese language proficiency is a plus
