Purpose and objectives:

Duties & Responsibility:
• In charge of customer service, including introducing customer to property
• Coordinate between customer and property owner including price and condition negotiation
• Engage with, mostly, Japanese customer and giving advices about properties search
• Lead sales team and help solving complex problems
• Onsite consulting at property
Qualification:
• Thai Nationality Only, Male Age: 27 – 35
• Bachelor's degree in any field
• Experience in Sales or Marketing at least 5 years
• Experience or knowledge in real estate business would be advantageous
• Good interpersonal skill and communication skill
• Able to lead team with diverse subordinates
• Flexible in working day and time
*Japanese: Business Level, JLPT N2 – N1
